Payment (CAD)
Payment is done through paypal only and I must receive full payment before I begin lineart/colour.
Commissions

By paying the invoice you agree to the TOS.If I am not comfortable with your commission I have the right to refuse it. Ill behaviour from the client is unacceptable and the commission will be cancelled if it happens.A commission will usually take 3-4 weeks to finish. Wip/progress will be updated to the client regularly.Process: First the client and I (yuyu_emy), will discuss the terms of the commission and decide on a final price. Next, a sketch will be shown to the client and once the sketch is approved, payment is required in full before I, the artist, continue the work. After the commissioned artwork is completely finished, the files will be sent via email.Refunds available if:
- I do not complete the work by a deadline specified by client/3 months+
- I am no longer comfortable with drawing the commission.
- The client wishes to cancel during the early stages of the commission.No crytpo/NFT related commissions.I have own all copyrights to the original artwork and may:
- post the artwork to my social media platforms.
- use the artwork to promote myself.The client has the right to use the artwork as they please while giving proper credit to the original artist (me).
My commissions are not up for commercial use at this point in time.
The client does not have the right to claim the commissioned artwork as their own or remove any visible watermarks on the artwork.Do not file for a chargeback even when refunding, I will send the money directly back to you. If you do file for a charge back, you lose all rights to the commission artwork and do not receive a refund. You will be blacklisted and forbidden from commissioning me(yuyuemy).
